Shipping
Important Notice: Possible Shipping Disruptions Due to Canada Post Strike
Due to a potential Canada Post strike, there may be temporary disruptions in our shipping services. As a result, we may need to cancel orders from the U.S. and international destinations until further notice. Shipping with alternative carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) may be available for an additional charge. Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable brokerage fees and duties.
We will continue to ship within Canada via UPS and Purolator where available. Please note that orders to remote, rural, or island addresses may also be subject to cancellation during this time.
If you have any questions or special shipping requests, please contact us by email and we will do our best to assist you.

General Order Information
We usually ship orders within 2-3 business day (no weekend/stat holiday ship out). Please allow us for additional few days during the high volume season.
We are not responsible for shipping delays while your product is in transit due to inclement weather, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our control.
Please contact us at info@murata.ca for any other shipping requests such as using your own courier account or trucking company.
Refund Policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please notify us by email first and wait for our instruction.
Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: Murata, 15 East Broadway , Vancouver BC V5T 1V4, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when you return your products.
